Cornelian Cherry juice concentrate
Properties
Cornelian Cherry juice concentrate contains a high doze of loganic acid (as much as 968mg/100g). Loganic acid has been shown to successfully fight atherosclerosis and inflammation, it has also been shown to support fighting various forms of heart diseases and boost the immune system.
Application
Recommended consumption is a daily doze (morning and evening, dissolved in water 1:20). It makes for a great addition to juices, tinctures, sauces, or ice-cream (sherbet).

Cornelian Cherry puree
Properties
Cornelian Cherry puree contains polyphenols (plant compounds that boost digestion and brain health), high doze of Vitamin C and loganic acid. It is rich in mineral salts.
Application
Cornelian Cherry puree is used as a raw materials in the production of jams, purees, confitures, juices. Cornelian Cherry jams maintain their beautiful shade of red due to sour anthocyanins. Cornelian Cherry puree is a great addition to purees made from more bland produce (such as pumpkins or carrots, and more) as a way to add more texture and flavor. A high doze of pectin (a powerful gelatinizing agent) ensures that jellies or jams quickly reach the desired gelatinous consistency.

Properties
May contain up to five times more Vitamin C than lemons. Additionally it also contains potassium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc and iron. Red varieties of cornelian cherry also contain a high doze of anthocyanins which may help to manage insulin levels.
Application
For direct consumption, or as a great addition for smoothies, or other juices (such as apple juices).

Properties
Unsaturated fatty acids make up more than 90% of all fatty acids in the in cornelian cherry. High concentration of unsaturated fatty acids in the seeds indicates a high biological activity and may be used for creation of natural antioxidants or bio stimulants.
Application
Due to the high concentration of unsaturated fatty acids cornelian cherry seeds are perfect for pressing oils. Ground up seeds make a great addition to coffee!
